Some Song Lyrics By:mOUNTbRENDON

Rustic Refined

Anyone can find beauty in sex

beauty in gold

Anyone can find beauty where the grass is green

Anyone can sing what everybody knows and feels

So, he chooses not to close his eyes

He chooses against failing his mind

when he sees what happens every time

we flee to look past the golden sky

Where can we find

the answers hidden deep inside

If we only look out

past the mountains we climb?

This is what we are

Boasting cows on grassy knolls

Apples of cider we find

With disregard to the walls behind

So he loses what’s rustic refined

And chooses the elf and the crimson shine

when he tells what happens every time,

we don’t see the past or the present light

It’s our job to find beauty in death

beauty in life

It’s our job to find beauty where the grass is brown

beauty where the air is fowl

It’s our job to show what others can’t seem to find

what’s hidden inside the light
